These terms apply to the website, digital resources, qualified triage, advisory work, and consulting services unless a signed engagement letter says otherwise.

1. Advisory Services
Our work is practical security assurance advisory and implementation support. It is not legal, financial, insurance underwriting, or certification advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and regulatory obligations.
2. Access And Testing Boundaries
No active scanning, exploitation, credential testing, tenant administration, or production access is authorized unless agreed in a signed scope or Rules of Engagement. Passive public reconnaissance requires explicit consent.
3. Payments And Taxes
Prices are generally shown in AUD. Polar may be used for international checkout, diagnostics, deposits, and service invoice payments. Taxes are handled at checkout or invoice where applicable. Australian invoices include ABN 59 870 881 596.
4. Digital Resources
Templates and downloadable resources are provided as starting points. They are not a guarantee of compliance, certification, insurance acceptance, or incident prevention.
5. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific product or engagement giving rise to the claim. Security work reduces risk but cannot eliminate all incidents.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless a separate written engagement says otherwise.
