Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to respond, qualify, deliver, invoice, and maintain evidence for security assurance work.

1. Who We Are

lilMONSTER is an Australian security assurance advisory operating from Melbourne and serving Australian and international business customers remotely. Contact: shoutout@lil.business.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, business identity, role, work email, company website, industry, employee range, commercial trigger, budget band, target framework, consultation notes, payment metadata, invoice details, evidence requests, and consent records. We do not ask for credentials through public forms.

3. Why We Use It

We use information to qualify enquiries, verify authority, schedule meetings, deliver consulting, record consent, prepare evidence, issue invoices, manage Polar checkout and payment records, send transactional emails, and maintain security logs.

4. Payments

Polar is used for selected international checkout, product, diagnostic, deposit, and service invoice flows. Payment processors receive the billing information needed to complete the transaction. We do not store full card details.

5. Security And Access

Consultation submissions are protected by validation, rate limits, CSRF controls, logging, and encryption where implemented. Client access to live systems is only requested after scope, authority, and access boundaries are agreed.

6. Retention

Consultation, invoice, payment, and engagement records may be retained for business, tax, dispute, and assurance purposes. Newsletter records are retained until unsubscribe. Security logs are retained for operational protection and abuse investigation.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing shoutout@lil.business. Australian privacy complaints can be raised with the OAIC if unresolved.

8. No Sale Of Data

We do not sell personal information. We do not use lead data for behavioural advertising.
